The hosts, Kyle and Matt, have extensive knowledge of fishing the Pacific Northwest. The dynamic duo have culled the secrets, skills, destinations and mastery of successful fishing from the legacy and hand-me-down journals of guides and pioneers of the past. Our aim is one-hundred percent fun, engaging and informing the viewer. Our series highlights the interplay between Matt and Kyle; bumping heads, laughing and emitting the joy of the outdoors while providing our guiding expertise.

Kyle Buschelman is known throughout the Northwest as an expert guide with a knack for leading his clients to rewarding fish and game adventures. Owner of Willamette Valley Outfitters since 2002, Kyle knows the region’s hotspots better than most. Kyle has years of experience behind the camera working with Pautzke TV, Fish Hunt Northwest on ROOT Sports and Day One Outdoors.

Matt O’Neil, also known as “Captain Wild Matty” is a seasoned river guide with 30-years of fishing and boating experience. Matt has also worked for Animal Planet as a camera boat guide on the show “Finding Bigfoot”. Matt adds communication skills and to his deep knowledge of the rivers, lakes and seas of the Pacific Northwest.
